1. Nothing is charged at checkout
When you complete checkout, you save a payment method and submit your request for physician review. $0 is due at checkout. Nothing is charged until a licensed physician approves your request and your first order ships. If your physician does not approve, nothing is charged, and your saved payment method is not used.
2. What you authorize
By completing checkout, you authorize Oona (Lumenos AI Inc.) to charge the payment method you saved, through Stripe, for:
- your plan’s first charge, when your physician approves and your first order ships;
- the second charge of the 12-month plan, in month 7;
- your plan’s monthly renewal after its term, at your plan’s rate, until you cancel;
- the remaining months of the 3-month plan, if you cancel it before month 3 (see the Refunds and Cancellation Policy).
Nothing else. After your term, we never charge more than your plan’s monthly rate, and we never add a charge that is not in this document.
3. Your plan’s charges
Every plan includes shipping and handling ($50 a month). Savings are stated against the monthly plan’s $549.

The plan cards show the same prices as a daily rate: $18.30, $10.97 and $9.30 a day.
The reserved price. The 3-month plan’s $349 first month is a reserved price. The checkout shows how long it is held. If you submit after it expires, the first month is $549.
Your plan month is counted from the day of your first charge, the day your first order shipped. Renewal charges fall on the same day each month.
4. Payment methods
- Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: every plan. Your method is saved at checkout and charged as above.
- Klarna: the 3-, 6- and 12-month plans. Your Klarna account is saved at checkout, with nothing billed. When your physician approves, the term is charged to Klarna as one charge (the 12-month plan: its first charge, then $1,374 in month 7), and renewals after the term are charged to Klarna month to month. Klarna’s own terms, and any installment plan Klarna offers you on its screen, are between you and Klarna.
- The monthly plan is card, Apple Pay or Google Pay only.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Oona never sees your full card number.
5. Renewal
After your term, your plan continues month to month at your plan’s rate ($549, $329 or $279), charged to the same payment method on your plan’s monthly day, until you cancel. Each renewal covers the next month’s shipment.
Reminder. We email you 7 to 8 days before the first full-price charge of each phase of your plan: before month 2 on the monthly plan and on the 3-month plan by card, before month 4 on the 3-month plan through Klarna, and before month 7 on the 6-month and 12-month plans. For the 12-month plan’s month-13 renewal, we email you 45 days before it.
Your rate never rises. If Oona changes its prices, the change applies to new plans only. Your plan keeps its rate for as long as it runs.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in your account: Cancel plan, then confirm. The sheet tells you what cancelling does for your plan today before you confirm. The Refunds and Cancellation Policy sets out the rules and every case. In short: before approval, nothing is charged; the monthly plan and any plan past its term simply stop; the 3-month plan cancelled before month 3 is charged its remaining months; the 6- and 12-month plans cancelled in months 1 to 3 have the next shipment cancelled and $228 refunded.
7. If a charge is refused
Your first charge. If your bank or Klarna refuses the charge at your physician’s approval, we email you. In your account you can add a new card, which is charged at once, or complete your bank’s verification of the refused charge. Your physician’s approval stands; your first order ships once the charge succeeds.
A renewal. If a renewal charge is refused, we email you and your account shows what to do. Add a new card in your account and it pays the open charge at once, or complete your bank’s verification of the refused charge. Your plan continues once the charge succeeds.
8. Receipts
Your charges and refunds are listed in your account. We email you when your order is placed and when your physician approves your request.
9. What we record
When you complete checkout, and whenever you save or change a payment method, our server records the time, your IP address and browser, the version of each document you agreed to, and the exact words the page showed you: your plan, every amount, these renewal terms and the cancellation terms. We keep this record so that what you agreed to can never be in doubt.
10. Changes
We may change these terms for new plans at any time. For a plan already running, a change to these terms or to the cancellation terms applies only from the next renewal after we have emailed you, and never raises your rate.
